HONOR CHOIR/CIRCLE THE STATE WITH SONG

About Us
Honor Choir is a group of singers chosen to represent our school. We sing at school, and off campus. To become a member of Encore! /Honor Choir, you must:
  • Audition and receive a position in the choir 

  • Attend all honor choir rehearsals at Mills (you may have no more than three excused absences, out of all of the rehearsals, combined) 

  • Maintain at least a “C” average in all classes here at Mills

  • Practices Tues/Thursday throughout the year

Students and parents should understand that Encore! / Owasso honor choir is a year-long commitment - but what a rewarding experience! 
 

LEGOS ROBOTIC LEAGUE

About Us
Legos Robotic League is a program designed to teach students the basics of robotics and coding in addition to teamwork, problem-solving, and cooperation. The culminating activity is a competition that takes place in November (TBD) against other Tulsa area teams.

  • Selected students must attend practices and meetings to participate in the final competition

LIBRARY AIDES

Library aides are responsible for checking in and shelving books properly every day.

MILLS SAFETY PATROL

About Us
Safety Patrol is a leadership program where students monitor hallways offering assistance as needed to students during arrival and dismissal each day.

  • Open to 5th Grade students

  • Students must apply and have a permission slip signed by a parent

  • Students must maintain at least a "C" average

  • Students must have a good attendance record

  • A student evaluation form is filled out and scored by their teacher.
